About Us

Scott & Adi McCauley are long-time Lynchburg residents that grew up in the Rivermont/Boonsboro area. Magnolia Foods had been a local favorite for many years before they married and purchased Magnolia Foods in the Summer of 2011. Both Scott and Adi have many years of Food & Beverage experience ranging from Pizzerias to Fine Dining, and even Healthcare Foodservice. Their unique talents and interests complement each other and allow them to work very closely to continue to develop Magnolia Foods and its varied service lines. Together they have four wonderful young children and future Magnolia helpers!

Adi is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University where she was classically trained and developed a deep love and respect for food. Since she was a child, Adi has always loved entertaining and serving food to others. Her past experience includes being a Line Cook, Chef, Catering and Events Manager, and owning her own Catering Business. Her interests outside of Magnolia Foods include travel, spending time with her big family, and home decorating.

Scott is a graduate of Central Virginia Community College where he focused in Business Management. Scott was first exposed to the restaurant world at the ripe-old age of 10 years old when his Father became part-owner of a Lynchburg restaurant. He has many fond memories of filling customers drinks and bussing tables. After college, Scott worked 4 restaurant jobs, working his way to being a Fine Dining General Manager at just 21 years old. His interests outside of Magnolia Foods include travel, golf, collecting wine, and spending time with his huge family.
