About Us

Adi McCauley is a long-time Lynchburg residents who grew up in the Rivermont/Boonsboro area. She loved Magnolia Foods for many years before she purchased Magnolia Foods in the Summer of 2011. Adi have many years of Food & Beverage experience ranging from Pizzerias to Fine Dining, and even Healthcare Foodservice.

Adi is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University where she was classically trained and developed a deep love and respect for food. Since she was a child, Adi has always loved entertaining and serving food to others. Her past experience includes being a Line Cook, Chef, Catering and Events Manager, and owning her own Catering Business. Her interests outside of Magnolia Foods include travel, spending time with her big family, and home decorating.
